I prefer to take payments upfront and only begin work on the project when I have received full payment. (The only exception is when it's a very large order like a bundle)REVISIONS
I do allow plenty of revisions during the SKETCHING stage!
Once the sketch has been approved, I can't do huge revisions.
The revisions I do allow after the sketch phase include : Colors, Size of the head, Face Proportions, Shading aspects.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I don't work on the queue in order, I work on what is fastest so I can get the queue done much quicker.
Having a deadline makes it so I work on yours first (Depending on if your deadline is before someone elses)REFUNDS

I respond very often and fast with my clients to ensure that I get their order to their specifications.
